AKINBOSOLA AYOKUNLE BSc, FCA.
Mr Akinbosola is the Managing Partner of AKinbosola Ayokunle & Co(Chartered Accountants) He graduated with a BSC second class upper degree in Accounting from the University of Benin in 1989 academic session. He emerged and won prizes as the best graduating student in accounting and Financial Management. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria having passed the qualified examination in 1993.
His experiences of over twenty five years in various companies and Practices cut across Auditing, Accountancy, Taxation, Financial Advisory and Oil & Gas sector of the economy
Mr Akinbosola has attended courses both in Nigeria and Overseas.
Mr. Valentine Ayo- Ajayi (BSc, FCIT, FCA).
Mr Ajayi had his first degree and MBA in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation in Nigeria.
He has extensive experience in audit and tax fields. Mr Ajayi has held various positions as Audit Manager and Review Partner for many audits locally and internationally.
Mrs Adebola Adeyemi (HND, ACIT, ACA).
Mrs Adeyemi had her both ND and HND in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti.She is an Associate member of the Institute of chartered Accountant of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation in Nigeria.
She has over fifteen years experiences in Taxation, Audit and Accounting Services. Mrs Adeyemi is happily married with children.
Oyinkansola Fadayomi (BSc, ACA).
Oyinkansola is a graduate of Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Oyo state.She undertook her NYSC programme in Akinbosola Ayokunle & Co where she developed a strong passion for Accounting. She has over four years experiences in Accounting, Taxation and Audit.
Oyinkansola is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She has attended several courses with ICAN in the past three years.
